- Please note, we do not provide a crisis service.
- If you need help right now, please call 111, or visit your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre. In an emergency, please attend your nearest Hospital A&E Department or call 999. The NHS have a free 24/7 listening service. This is not therapy, it is a helpful contact to have should you need to chat for precisely 20 minutes per day, and in confidence.
